IMPACT is the first e-Governance platform in Lebanon. Launched in March 2020, the Inter-Municipal/Ministerial Platform for Assessment, Coordination and Tracking (IMPACT) revolutionizes coordination among public sector stakeholders by enabling efficient multi-directional communication and information-sharing. IMPACT empowers decision-making through the collection of cross-sectoral data and introduces real-time oversight in Lebanon, a first for the country. In collaboration with Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health, Siren developed COVAX, a crucial component integrated into the IMPACT e-Governance platform. COVAX digitizes and automates the vaccination management system in Lebanon, streamlining the process of vaccine distribution and administration. By leveraging the capabilities of IMPACT, COVAX ensures efficient tracking and monitoring of vaccination efforts, enabling better coordination and real-time data analysis to support the country's immunization campaign. Building on these efforts, Siren is now harnessing the transformative potential of IMPACT to modernize the Vehicle Registration Office (VRO, or Nefaa) in Lebanon with the aim of transitioning it towards a model of good governance, fiscal responsibility, and efficient public service delivery.
